Job Responsibilities:

As a Full Stack Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Maximizing sales and revenue growth for our clients and their customers
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat, email, and phone
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and their customers
  • Implementing and executing sales strategies and tactics to drive results
  • Analyzing customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and customer service initiatives
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales and customer service skills

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

* Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals

  • Achieve high customer satisfaction ratings through exceptional service and support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their customers
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales and customer service skills

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • High level of performance readiness, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively
  • High IQ and EQ, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales and customer service tools

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with sales and customer service software and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)

  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service
  • Certification in sales or customer service (e.g., Certified Sales Professional, Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
