Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Experience Coordinator, you'll be the face of arenaflex, working closely with clients via email, chat, and phone to provide timely, helpful, and accurate assistance. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with clients to provide clear guidance, identify their needs, and walk them through the best available options
  • Reviewing and finalizing key details such as booking confirmations, service timelines, and itinerary support
  • Maintaining up-to-date records of interactions and updates within internal systems
  • Collaborating with internal teams to help resolve escalated or complex situations professionally
  • Ensuring a smooth and satisfying client experience through proactive follow-up and support

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • To be at least 18 years of age
  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or remote support roles (preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a remote setting
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using email, chat, and other virtual tools for daily communication
