This full-time, hourly position is designed for individuals who excel in independent work environments and possess a keen eye for accuracy. As a key member of our remote team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the timely and accurate data entry for critical business operations, all while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

About the Role

As an Off-Site Work Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Inputting, verifying, and updating data into our company systems with high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintaining and organizing electronic files and records for easy retrieval when necessary.
  • Cross-checking data for discrepancies and resolving inconsistencies in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with team members and supervisors to ensure deadlines for data entry tasks are met.
  • Ensuring compliance with company confidentiality policies while handling sensitive information.
  • Providing regular status reports on completed tasks and flagging any challenges or slowdowns in workflow.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or related fields are a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using standard office software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Suite.
  • Excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 50 words per minute and strong accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively while working remotely.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written, with exceptional communication skills.
  • Self-motivation, attention to detail, and a willingness to contribute to a productive work environment.
