Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will be the friendly face our customers rely on during tax season, and your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring their tax filing experience is smooth and stress-free.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely solutions to their queries

• Utilize arenaflex products and services to resolve customer issues, including Downloading, Logging In, Getting Started with Basic Navigation, Importing Documents, Printing and Filing, and basic Tax questions
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to provide comprehensive support to customers
• Build strong relationships with customers, empathizing with their needs and concerns while driving innovation and providing exceptional service
• Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to enhance your knowledge and skills
• Work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexible hours available between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday
