Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with both existing and potential clients through exceptional customer service and sales techniques
  • Generating retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the arenaflex network
  • Learning and uncovering customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions
  • Positioning product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution
  • Closing sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions
  • Continuously developing yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory
  • Refining your sales skills through outbound calls to current arenaflex customers interested in our products and services

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • One or more years of work experience
  • A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you will know your schedule four weeks in advance)
  • Openness to picking up additional shifts and earning more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods
  • Experience working in a commission-based environment (an asset)
  • Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions (an asset)
  • Customer service experience (an asset)
