Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a shared inbox and respond to authorization requests in a timely and efficient manner

  • Accurately enter new and renewal authorizations into the arenaflex system
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of authorizations and related documentation
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve authorization-related issues and ensure seamless communication
  • Stay up-to-date with changing policies and procedures related to authorizations and provide feedback to improve processes

Essential Qualifications:

* Residency: Must reside in the state of Illinois

  • Identification: Must possess a valid Illinois State ID or Driver's License (required for access to certain state systems)
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer usage
  • Personal Attributes: Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and a self-starter mindset are essential
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required

* Experience in data entry or a related field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

* The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $31.30

  • This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
  • The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
  • This position is eligible for a arenaflex bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
