They are responsible for implementing the proven Aqua-Tots curriculum in each lesson, offering children quality swim instruction that will enable them to live a lifetime of safety in and around the water. • Year-Round, Part-time positions offer 10 - 30 hours per week (we want team players who are looking for longevity as we don't offer seasonal positions)

• Flexible scheduling that works around your school and/or extracurricular activities

• Competitive pay ($12-15), plus daily and weekly bonuses
• $500 bonus for every 500 regular hours worked, and $500 bonus for every 250 sub hours worked
• Pay raises at 60 days, 6 months, 12 months, and every 6 months after that

Swim Teacher Responsibilities and Duties

• Teaching children swim lessons every 30 minutes
• Engaging with Children and Families in the joy of learning & swimming
• Smiling and having fun
• Answering questions and providing feedback to children and parents
• Abiding by our Aqua-Tots Core Values (see below)

The Swim Instructor position requires a person to have the passion and patience to change the lives of the children they teach Though swim experience or lifeguarding is a plus, general teaching experience and the right personality with a positive attitude are ALL welcome to apply as we provide terrific training As a leader in swim instruction for over 30 years, Aqua-Tots is the largest swim school in the nation and is a multi-year winner of one of the "Best Places to Work" by the Arizona Business Journal.
