Role Summary The Marketing Operations & Paid Media Manager plays a central role in Hotelbeds’ go‑to‑market strategy for Europe. The position aligns global marketing direction with regional business needs, translating commercial priorities into scalable, high‑impact marketing programs that drive awareness, demand, and growth. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the European regional marketing strategy in partnership with commercial leadership and global marketing teams.
  • Act as marketing business partner to regional commercial leaders, ensuring business priorities are reflected in marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Represent regional and local market needs within global marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver regional marketing and go‑to‑market plans for products and services.
  • Plan, run, and optimise multi‑channel and paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Increase brand and leadership visibility through organic and paid initiatives, in collaboration with Global Marketing and PR.
  • Manage daily marketing operations, including campaign execution, messaging, content collaboration, and continuous performance optimisation.
  • Implement data‑driven demand generation programs to accelerate growth.
  • Analyse performance trends and provide insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, developing ideal customer profiles and understanding regional buyer behaviours.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in digital marketing or marketing operations; travel industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong experience with paid media platforms, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
  • Proven ability to manage international campaigns and operate in matrix organisations.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally and managing senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Fluent English required; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to perform in a fast‑paced environment.
