We're seeking an experienced CPC Processor Customer Support Representative to join our high-performing, values-driven team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and their experiences are positive. About the Role:

This is a remote call center role, requiring you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a CPC Processor Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to provide medical record status
  • Documenting information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors
  • Proficiently using Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel)
  • Comfortably working in a high-volume production environment
  • Providing exceptional support to clients, ensuring their needs are met, and their experiences are positive

Pay and Benefits:

The estimated base pay range per hour for this role is $15-$18.32 USD. Pay ranges may differ based on location, responsibilities, skills, experience, and other requirements of the role.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a high-volume production environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a healthcare-related field

  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) or medical records management systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
