Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Benefits Representative & Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to union members and clients
- Assisting clients in securing their benefits and resolving any issues that may arise
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and union representatives
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance
- Collaborating with the team to achieve sales and revenue goals

Essential Qualifications
