  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of legal practice experience (preferred but flexible).
  • Current malpractice insurance coverage (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong communication skills and reliable responsiveness.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, collaborative arrangement.

Engagement Details

  • Position Type: Of Counsel – independent contractor / affiliation basis.
  • Time Commitment: Minimal and as-needed; ideal for attorneys with an existing practice.
  • Location: Remote
  • Term: Ongoing, with a written Of Counsel agreement consistent with Virginia Rules of Professional Conduct.

Why This Role

This is a low-effort, high-flexibility role well suited to an Virginia attorney who wants a stable supplemental affiliation without taking on a full caseload. You will work with an established, professional team, and the arrangement is designed to be simple, respectful of your time, and easy to maintain alongside your existing practice.
