You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat channels, addressing card members' inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions with a focus on first-contact resolution. You'll also educate card members on arenaflex products, services, and benefits, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer personalized assistance and guidance to card members regarding their accounts and financial needs
