Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining client support dashboards and reports within various Business Intelligence (BI) tools, including Scene. You'll work closely with our Information Perception team to migrate custom Scene dashboards into arenaflex's proprietary data visualization tools. Your expertise will be essential in extracting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in client support data.

Key Responsibilities

* Create and maintain worldwide client support dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders and seller partners within various BI tools, including Scene

• Collaborate with the arenaflex Information Perception team to migrate custom Scene dashboards into arenaflex's proprietary data visualization tools
• Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in client support data
• Provide level one support to seller partners and internal stakeholders on data-related queries and issues
• Work with Information Design teams to ensure the accurate resolution of data integrity issues
• Develop and deliver training sessions to clients on how to effectively use and interpret reports and data
• Create and maintain cutting-edge documentation, including data dictionaries, report definitions, and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements, business processes, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Prepare and deliver executive-level reports on status, insights, and trends to inform and drive business decisions

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and business acumen, preferably in a client support or related functional setting
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using data visualization tools like Scene, Power BI, or similar
• Proven ability to create complex reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide actionable insights to drive business improvements
• Experience working with large datasets and performing data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Project management, process improvement, influencing, presenting, and consulting skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills – the ability to convey complex ideas in simple terms to diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field or related experience

• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and tools
• Certification in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
• Proven track record of driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights
