Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Standards Data Analyst to join our Quality Control Strategies and Standards team. As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends and patterns, and using that information to make recommendations for process improvements. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform and assist others in the Quality Control group in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing data on various metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Help create and present complex data insights and analysis to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Assist in exploring ad-hoc requests related to maintenance issues and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
• Present findings, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools to facilitate partner understanding
• Assist in developing and disseminating specific queries to extract and organize data from various sources, defining the scope, and approving the need for data requirements
• Identify irregularities in processes through reviews and surveys and communicate findings to the team
• Assess the effectiveness of processes and strategies by monitoring for trends and errors
• Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision
• Perform other work assignments as directed by the Group Leader

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., data science, analytics, business administration)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Familiarity with data analysis software and tools (e.g., Alteryx, QuickBase) is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a related field, such as data science, analytics, or business administration

• Past internship, capstone project, or research experience in a related field
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with PowerPoint and ability to create engaging presentations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically
