Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Lead and oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent for a wide range of internship positions.

• Employee Development: Develop and implement strategies for the professional development of our interns and employees, fostering a growth-oriented work environment.

• Performance Management: Establish and maintain performance appraisal systems to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.

• HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to ensure a harmonious work environment.

• Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to build a vibrant and inclusive workplace.

• Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for all employees and interns.

• Benefits and Compensation: Manage and administer employee benefit programs and compensation structures.

• Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance skills and knowledge among the workforce.

Required Skills

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master degree preferred.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
• Thorough knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and regulations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
