<ul> <li>The Brand Identity group is responsible for the development and socialization of the Brand Identity as well as oversight of all client brand assets. This includes building and protecting the brand with internal and external stakeholders; developing and stewarding the brand guidelines; and managing the photography used by the brand. We are currently offering an opportunity for a dynamic Manager, Digital Asset Management, Brand Identity, who is passionate about brands, Digital Asset Management, organization & socialization.</li> </ul>   <strong>What you’ll do:</strong> <ul> <li>Lead Taxonomy/metadata in Bynder, including keyword structure to all Brand Identity assets and reorganization</li> <li>Document and provide reports on use of assets</li> <li>Analyze DAM data to help develop creative strategies</li> <li>Partner with key business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to organize Brand Identity assets</li> <li>Manage content life cycle</li> <li>Make recommendations to improve department DAM workflows</li> <li>Socialization of the Brand Portal</li> <li>Usage Rights Reviews</li> <li>Coordinate pre-production planning and purchasing of artwork (photography and illustration) and prepares for reproduction</li> <li>Stock research requests and purchasing</li> <li>Administer all related paperwork, PO's, invoices, releases, etc.</li> <li>Manage portrait shoots, including processing, coordinate retouching and uploading</li> <li>Stock research requests and purchasing</li> <li>Respond to asset requests and reviewing finished materials.</li> <li>Builds relationship at appropriate client/vendor level</li> <li>Keeps abreast of current trends and technology</li> </ul> <strong> </strong> <strong>You must have:</strong> <ul> <li>Previous experience as a Digital Asset Management experience. (Bynder preferred)</li> <li>The ability to work independently; yet strong collaboration skills are required</li> <li>Good judgment and imagination to be able to make recommendations for the visual elements of our Brand</li> <li>Must have 2+ years of experience within stock photography or comparable industry</li> <li>Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Illustrator skills</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, both written and oral</li> <li>Computer literate</li> <li>Team player</li> <li>Should enjoy a challenging, fast paced environment</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and detail oriented</li> <li>Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience preferred</li> </ul> Apply Job!
