We are searching for an ideal candidate with deep experience in designing and implementing performance management capabilities that foster a service delivery culture and deliver exceptional customer experiences (CX). In this role, you will leverage service delivery data and tools to create metrics and dashboards that support leadership decision-making while ensuring a continuous focus on quality outcomes and a positive customer experience.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a comprehensive, service-level-driven performance monitoring and management approach, enabling transparent monitoring of service inputs and outputs, as well as service improvements.Refine and evolve performance metrics across the service ecosystem to track service and operational performance trends over time, promoting accountability and identifying areas for improvement.Lead and support initiatives to enhance Performance Management program capabilities, including technical skills utilizing tools such as PowerBI, Power Automate, and Power Apps development.Maintain and execute a strategic, tactical, and operational Performance Management model and governance plan, with a focus on customer experience.Design and maintain executive-level scorecards and dashboards for real-time monitoring of IT services.Assess situations and make sound decisions, applying conflict resolution and problem-solving skills, and deriving valid conclusions from data.Build key relationships and influence stakeholders across the IT services ecosystem.RequirementsU.S. Citizenship is required.Must have the ability to obtain low-level security clearance.Successful completion of a federal background check and the ability to maintain eligibility for continued access authorizations, including periodic drug screenings.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience supporting performance management in a federal government environment.Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining PowerApps applications for business process automation, with the ability to consult with end-users and stakeholders to understand automation needs.Collaboration experience with IT departments for secure and compliant PowerApps deployment.Previous work experience in an agile environment and familiarity with Scrum or other agile methodologies.Strong knowledge of version control tools, preferably Git.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.ClearanceApplicants selected will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.Desirable SkillsExperience in developing Canvas and Model-driven apps in PowerApps.Proficiency in designing and implementing automated workflows using Power Automate.Skill in connecting PowerApps with various data sources such as SharePoint, SQL Server, and RESTful APIs.Experience integrating Power BI dashboards and reports into PowerApps.Familiarity with Azure services relevant to PowerApps, including Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure AD.Strong grasp of UI/UX principles for creating intuitive and user-friendly applications.Knowledge of implementing secure and compliant solutions, including data governance and privacy policies.Experience in custom API integration and understanding of HTTP, JSON, OAuth.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, both for technical and non-technical audiences.Ability to work independently, take initiative, and operate proactively.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a logical and inquisitive mindset.Additional InformationAll work must be conducted within the U.S., excluding U.S. territories.
