Partnership Operations Manager

XS is a licensed fast-growing Multi-Asset CFD Broker, looking to hire a dynamic Partnership Operations Manager to join our team of experts! Responsibilities: Manage the full onboarding lifecycle for new IBs, Affiliates, and partners. Coordinate with Compliance teams to review and finalize onboarding documentation, agreements, and due diligence requirements. Configure and maintain CPA, rebate, and revenue share structures within CRM systems. Ensure all partner setups are aligned with commercial agreements and internal compliance procedures. Liaise with Finance, Sales, Compliance, and Operations departments to ensure smooth operational workflows. Monitor partnership operational activities and resolve onboarding, payment, or commission-related issues in a timely manner. Maintain accurate CRM records and partner databases. Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Support internal reporting and operational tracking related to partnerships and affiliates. Ensure adherence to AML/CFT and KYC requirements during onboarding and operational processes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Management, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Partnership Operations, Affiliate Management, Compliance Operations, or similar roles. Experience within financial services, fintech, forex, or investment industries is highly preferred. Strong understanding of CRM systems and operational workflows. Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
