Responsibilities
- Handle 100% inbound calls from seniors seeking Medicare guidance.
- Provide expertise on Medicare Advantage (MA), Supplements, and Prescription Drug Plans (PDP).
- Focus on closing sales and building a pipeline.
- Maintain compliance with CMS guidelines.
- Manage a high-speed home office and operate with self-discipline.
Requirements
- Active Life & Health License
- Demonstrated ability to close sales ("Closer" DNA)
- Deep knowledge of Medicare (MA/MAPD/PDP)
- High-speed home office setup
