Analyst - Pricing & Promotions

KnitWell Group is a leading omni-channel specialty retailer of women's clothing, shoes, and accessories. The Pricing & Promotions Analyst will be responsible for managing the execution of promotions, POS pricing, and markdowns for the Outlet channel, ensuring accuracy and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support the business with coordination and execution of deals and promotions in pricing system
  • Responsible for all CFT communication and materials needed for timely execution
  • Independently own the outlet hardmark process and coordinate with business teams to ensure deliverables are executed in a timely manner
  • Manage creation of cross channel markdown and POS picture books for the business as needed
  • Maintain the promotions and barcodes report for all channels
  • Create barcodes for in-store and marketing promotions
  • Serve as the pricing system expert and advise the business teams on best execution process
  • Partner with Store Operations team in response to business critical promotional or pricing errors in stores
  • Assist the Sr. Analyst with business tasks as needed
  • Complete special projects assigned by the Manager

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience required
  • 1-2 years of experience preferred in retail, planning, allocation, or systems support
  • Functional understanding of retail/vertical retail business processes
  • Demonstrates strong listening, written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to think objectively and interpret meaningful themes from quantitative and qualitative data
  • Ability to use logic to solve problems
  • Able to present ideas and direction clearly to others
  • Able to build strong relationships with a diverse group of business partners
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills
  • Possess a strong sense of urgency and a high level of attention to detail
  • Must be disciplined and able to work under pressure while being flexible and able to adapt
  • 1-2 years of experience preferred in retail, planning, allocation, or systems support
  • Experience with or a strong ability to learn reporting/data warehousing tools preferred
