[Remote] Multimedia Designer

Mud Club Inc. is a gaming-based therapy platform that supports neurodivergent youth through structured online programs and community-driven experiences. They are seeking a Multimedia Designer to create engaging digital content for social media, branding, and web initiatives that reflect the company's mission and community.
Responsibilities
- Design engaging graphics, carousels, promotional posts, thumbnails, and short-form content for social media
- Execute and visually interpret content from Mud Club’s content calendar
- Collaborate on campaign concepts, visual storytelling, and content ideas
- Maintain consistent branding and visual quality across all platforms
- Adapt designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels
- Create marketing materials, including flyers, decks, digital ads, banners, and email graphics
- Support brand development and visual identity initiatives
- Design graphics for events, partnerships, launches, and internal initiatives
- Help evolve and maintain Mud Club’s visual presence across all touchpoints
- Design website graphics, landing page visuals, UI assets, and promotional web content
- Support ongoing website updates and digital creative needs
- Ensure assets are optimized for mobile and web performance
- Edit short-form videos and motion graphics for social media content
- Assist with creative projects across departments
- Bring fresh, creative ideas that improve engagement and brand presence
- Stay current with social media trends, gaming culture, and modern design practices
Skills
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and digital/social media work
- Experience designing for social media platforms and digital campaigns
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, and visual hierarchy
- Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, CapCut, or similar platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
- Video editing and motion graphics experience
- Web or UI/UX design experience
- Experience working with youth-focused, gaming, or mission-driven brands
- Familiarity with online communities and gaming culture
- Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design practices
