Employment Counsel - Charges (Remote)Fully Remote (U.S.)A leading global labor and employment law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Counsel to join its innovative, fully remote team. This role offers high-quality, impactful work with the flexibility of a non-partnership-track position and no business development requirements.OverviewThis position sits within a data-driven, tech-enabled practice focused on efficiently handling administrative agency charges and demand letters. Attorneys benefit from a structured workflow, strong internal support, and reduced billable expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and defend administrative agency charges and attorney demand letters from intake through resolutionDraft persuasive position statements and responses to agency inquiriesCommunicate directly with clients and administrative agenciesRepresent clients in settlement negotiations and remote mediationsManage multiple matters in a fast-paced environmentQualifications6+ years of employment law experienceExperience handling administrative charges (federal and/or state; management-side preferred)Strong drafting and advocacy skills, including position statements and mediation experienceExcellent time management and organizational skillsActive bar license in state of residenceWhy This Role100% remote, work from anywhere in the U.S.Reduced billable hours requirementNo business development obligationsSubstantive, high-impact work in a collaborative environmentAccess to leading employment law resources and supportCompensation & BenefitsSalary range: $130,000 - $165,000 (based on experience)Performance-based bonus eligibilityComprehensive benefits package, including:Medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) planGenerous PTO and parental leaveWellness and mental health support programs Apply To This Job
