Profit-sharing opportunities once the show gains traction and monetizes. About the Show *Time Compass Show* is a growing podcast focused on real-world insights from business leaders, investors, and experts navigating markets, career pivots, and emerging opportunities. Hosted by Bud Leiser (White Glove Recruitment + active metals/mining investor), we blend thoughtful discussion with engaging, no-BS conversation. We’re looking for subject matter experts who want to become a regular co-host and bring depth, personality, and fresh perspectives to weekly episodes on: - Stock/options trading & strategies - Startup investing & founder journeys - Metals, mining stocks, juniors/producers, commodities - Portfolio management, macro trends, and alternative investments What You’ll Do - Join weekly recorded conversations (45–75 minutes) - Share your expertise, stories, and analysis on the topics above - Help brainstorm episode angles and guests - Co-create fun, value-packed content that listeners actually look forward to Who We’re Looking For - Deep knowledge in at least one of the core topics (investing, startups, trading, metals/miners) - Strong communication skills and on-mic presence (personable, opinionated, and fun) - Passion for discussing markets and ideas in an accessible way - Reliability for weekly recordings - Bonus: Existing audience/following, video editing interest, or marketing ideas are welcome but not required This is a great opportunity for analysts, fund managers, traders, mining professionals, startup operators, or experienced investors who enjoy teaching and networking through media.
