We are now seeking a marketing leader capable of transforming demand into scale. You will lead the complete enrollment engine for GT Anywhere and guide brand strategy across virtual, campus, and summer offerings. Your objective is clear: convert high-intent interest into 1,000 enrolled families while positioning gt.school as the recognized authority in gifted K–8 education. No established playbook exists. You will design the funnel architecture, establish positioning, conduct testing, and create a dependable execution system leveraging agencies, contractors, and platforms. What You Will Be Doing

  • Leading the complete enrollment funnel for GT Anywhere with full accountability for enrollments, conversion performance, and customer acquisition cost
  • Architecting and executing ongoing experimentation to uncover and resolve critical conversion barriers
  • Developing the comprehensive annual marketing strategy spanning virtual, campus, and summer programs, including positioning, audience segmentation, channel strategy, budget planning, and performance targets
  • Creating a high-velocity execution framework that reliably delivers results through external agencies, freelance talent, and marketing platforms
  • Collaborating directly with enrollment and school leadership to transform family insights into refined messaging and more effective creative assets

  • Executing awareness-focused campaigns without direct enrollment impact
  • Serving as an order-taker for unstructured marketing requests lacking clear return on investment
  • Relying on prolonged approval cycles or large organizational hierarchies to move forward
  • Focusing on surface-level metrics unrelated to actual enrolled families

Head Of Marketing Key Responsibilities Construct and manage a comprehensive growth engine that transforms current demand into 1,000 enrolled families while establishing gt.school as the defining brand in gifted K–8 education. Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BA or equivalent)
  • 10+ years of experience leading full-funnel marketing strategy and delivering measurable results in startup, technology, or high-growth settings
  • Proven accountability for concrete conversion metrics including enrollments, revenue, customer acquisition cost, and conversion rates
  • Advanced funnel analytics expertise with a history of identifying problems and driving high-impact optimizations
  • Background in shaping brand strategy, positioning, and messaging at an organizational level
  • Established track record building and overseeing scalable execution systems through agencies, freelancers, and marketing technology
  • Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) remotely from the United States

The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
