Key Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous, knowledgeable assistance to customers via phone, chat, and video calls, addressing billing, programming, and technical troubleshooting questions.
  • Promote arenaflex’s suite of products and services, helping both new and existing customers maximize the value of their subscription.
  • Maintain a consistent schedule that includes 8‑hour shifts, five days a week, with open availability for weekends and holidays.
  • Ensure at least two consecutive days off each week to support work‑life balance.
  • Handle back‑to‑back support calls efficiently while adhering to quality and compliance standards.
  • Document interactions accurately in the CRM system, escalating complex issues to senior technical teams when necessary.
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Stay up‑to‑date on the latest arenaflex product releases, promotional offers, and industry trends.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum six months of customer service or technical support experience, or completion of a relevant training program.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain engaged on the phone for extended periods with minimal distractions.
  • Strong attendance record and reliability.
  • Open availability to work between 6 AM and 10 PM MT, including weekends and holidays.
  • Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes every 12‑15 weeks based on business needs.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera for video meetings and training sessions.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in a high‑volume call‑center environment.
  • Technical aptitude for navigating multiple windows, tabs, and software applications simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, friendly, and professional tone.

Work‑From‑Home Technical Requirements

arenaflex provides the core equipment needed to succeed, but you must meet the following technical standards:

  • Dedicated home office space with a stable cable, DSL, or fiber internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 2 Mbps upload) and 99 % uptime.
  • Wired Ethernet connection directly from modem to PC (no adapters).
  • Provided hardware: PC tower, power adapter, two monitors, USB headset, keyboard, mouse, webcam, and Ethernet cable (all leased from arenaflex).
  • Personal responsibility for maintaining a backup of each accessory after the initial 30‑day warranty period.
  • Exclusion of Wi‑Fi, cellular hotspots, or satellite connections for primary connectivity.
