Position Overview

The Remote Part‑Time Customer Experience Designer role is a pivotal member of the arenaflex Services Product Design team. In this position, you will conceptualize, design, and refine multi‑platform user experiences that drive engagement and loyalty across arenaflex Music, arenaflex Arcade, arenaflex TV+, arenaflex News, and our emerging wellness offerings. This is a part‑time, fully remote opportunity based in California, USA, offering a competitive hourly rate of $26. You will work an 8‑hour schedule each week, collaborating with cross‑functional partners—including product managers, engineers, content strategists, and senior designers—to translate strategic goals into compelling visual and interaction designs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end‑to‑end design of customer‑facing experiences for multiple arenaflex services, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and brand alignment across web, mobile, and TV platforms.
  • Develop high‑fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and visual assets that communicate design intent clearly to engineering and product teams.
