Position Overview

This full‑time, in‑home role operates under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and includes flexible scheduling to accommodate after‑school, morning, afternoon, and evening sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized, one‑on‑one ABA therapy sessions in the client’s home, adhering to the treatment plan designed by a supervising BCBA.
- Accurately collect and record data on target behaviors, skill acquisition, and session progress using arenaflex’s digital reporting tools.
- Implement discrete trial training, natural environment teaching, and behavior support strategies as outlined in the client’s program.

Essential Qualifications
