Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently enter patient data into our electronic health records system
- Verify and update patient information to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Support our pharmacy provider services by processing prescriptions, managing inventory, and coordinating with healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient operations
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations in all aspects of your work
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and arenaflex's policies and procedures Essential Qualifications
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, with a focus on data entry and administration
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals and patients
