The director will proactively identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities and collaborate closely with the broader go-to-market team to develop and implement forward-thinking strategies to grow pipeline and customer acquisition.This position will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. Your strong integrated campaign thinking enables you to achieve results by combining data, intuition, and experience.Responsibilities Include:Growth Strategy Development: The director will lead the development and execution of multi-channel demand gen strategies that align with business objectives and drive a meaningful impact on revenue growth.Campaign Management: The director will oversee the full lifecycle of multi-channel marketing campaigns from ideation and planning to execution, tracking and optimization.Analytics & Reporting: The director should be able to use their deep expertise in data analytics to extract meaningful insights from campaign data. They will proactively identify trends, forecast outcomes, and provide actionable, real-time recommendations that drive measurable growth and optimize long-term strategies.Marketing Automation: The director will own and manage the marketing tech stack, helping to optimize demand gen processes, build lead workflow and nurture programs, and build/maintain dashboards to track KPIs.Team Leadership: An essential aspect of this role will involve leading, coaching, and motivating a high-performing team of growth marketers. The director ensures team members have the tools, data, and knowledge to excel. The director will cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, and ongoing learning, empowering the team to push creative boundaries and deliver exceptional results within challenging timelines and evolving priorities.Innovation: To remain ahead of the curve, the director should consistently research and incorporate the most recent trends, technologies, and tools in digital marketing and e-commerce. About YouNecessary Strengths, Skills, and Competencies:10+ years of SaaS marketing experience with 6+ years in demand generation, performance marketing and accountability for marketing quotas and managing budgets.4+ years in mentorship, managing, developing and inspiring high-performing marketing teams.Experience in managing a broad mix of marketing channels - both individually and how the pieces complement one another.Advanced analytical skills to draw conclusions and make smart business decisions.Senior-level presence, communication skills and ability to gather input and establish alignment between many stakeholders.Track record of developing effective integrated campaigns that exceed funnel goals.A deep understanding of marketing & sales funnels, levers and customer journeys.Highly creative and passionate about continually learning about our target personas and how we can more effectively engage them.Flexibility and ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficient in Salesforce CRM, Marketing Automation and ABM technology.
