Qualifications - Minimum 1 Year Experience in Customer Service A minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and resolving customer issues. - Excellent Communication Skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. - Multitasking and Prioritization Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple customer interactions and tasks simultaneously. - Strong Problem-Solving Skills Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills, with the ability to navigate our systems and tools with ease. - Availability to Work Flexible Hours Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate our clients' needs and preferences. - Previous Experience in Remote or Freelance Role Previous experience in a remote or freelance role is a plus, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and working independently.
