The Opportunity

arenaflex is excited to announce a part-time remote opportunity for a Senior Data Entry Specialist specializing in Financial Services Account Resolution. As a Senior Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our financial records while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the account resolution function as an entry-level resolution specialist by leveraging knowledge of company products, services, policies, procedures, and resolution systems
  • Applying knowledge while communicating with delinquent clients to resolve account discrepancies
  • Identifying ways to improve the quality of client experiences by gathering and arranging terms of repayment on outstanding account balances
  • Performing routine conditional tasks, including handling inbound calls and making outbound calls using either an auto dialer or direct dial system to determine reasons for delinquency
  • Following guidance from supervisors and raising questions and complex issues to resolution specialists
  • Engaging with the resolution team on essential resolution-related information, as well as with internal and external clients
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and account information
  • Ensuring data entry accuracy and completeness across all financial records
  • Contributing to process improvements in account resolution workflows

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role at arenaflex, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of account resolution, customer contact, customer service, or sales environment experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Ability to listen and elicit information while exercising independent judgment to effectively identify and resolve issues
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while managing multiple priorities in a structured yet flexible, adaptable, and changing call center environment
  • Ability to communicate with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of colleagues and management
  • Ability to meet or exceed business goals and targets while fostering a team environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are valued
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer screens while handling telephone calls

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly valued at arenaflex:

  • Call center customer service experience in the financial services industry
  • Military experience in personnel benefits administration, handling military personnel requests or changes, wartime status assignments, HR, or military recruiting
  • Military experience or analytical experience including operational management, project management, mission development management and financial management
  • Experience working with military protocols and regulations, enlisted assessments, officer/authority reporting, and assistance with keeping military personnel combat ready and effective
  • Proficiency in financial data entry systems and software
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Familiarity with account resolution processes and procedures
