Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions. In this remote‑first role, you will partner with cross‑functional software and platform teams to create scalable, secure, and automated identity workflows that protect our digital assets and enable seamless user experiences across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and launch custom provisioning workflows for Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Develop and maintain correlation rules, access certification campaigns, and role‑based access control (RBAC) models that align with business requirements.
• Lead the integration of external applications via Web Services, REST APIs, SCIM connectors, and custom provisioning policies.
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and audit teams to ensure IAM solutions meet regulatory standards and internal governance policies.
• Provide end‑to‑end support for IAM solution deployment, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning in enterprise environments.
• Drive continuous improvement by automating repetitive tasks, scripting routine operations, and implementing best‑in‑class IAM practices.
• Participate in release management cycles, coordinating with DevOps and change‑control teams to ensure smooth, risk‑free deployments.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across the organization through documentation, workshops, and code reviews.
• Stay current with emerging IAM technologies, industry trends, and security threats to proactively recommend enhancements.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience implementing and managing IAM solutions in large‑scale, enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated expertise with SailPoint IdentityIQ, including configuration of JML processes, custom workflows, and lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of identity governance concepts such as access certification, role mining, entitlement management, and federation.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, XML, and DSML.
• Experience working with Linux/Unix platforms, Tomcat, Oracle, and SQL Server databases.
• Hands‑on experience with RESTful APIs, SCIM, and Web Services for application integration.
• Solid background in release management, CI/CD pipelines, and version‑control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with a proactive “can‑do” attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as SailPoint IdentityIQ Certified Engineer, CISSP, or CISM.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud‑based IAM services.
