Role Overview

As the Remote Communications & Presentation Design Lead, you will own the end‑to‑end creation and delivery of high‑impact visual communications for arenaflex’s sales leadership across the United States. You will lead a distributed team of creative problem‑solvers, establish a Center of Excellence (CoE) for communication assets, and partner closely with senior stakeholders to align messaging, design, and delivery channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, end‑to‑end communication strategy for sales leadership, covering business plans, town halls, conferences, and executive‑level briefings.
  • Lead a remote Center of Excellence for communication assets, creating reusable templates, style guides, and best‑practice processes that ensure consistency across all sales‑related communications.
  • Own the design and production of presentation decks using industry‑standard presentation software, crafting narratives that translate complex data into clear, persuasive stories.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners—including product, marketing, finance, and legal—to gather content, validate data, and ensure compliance with brand standards.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of communication projects: intake, planning, production, review, and delivery, while maintaining rigorous timelines and quality controls.
  • Mentor and coach a team of designers, writers, and multimedia specialists, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Exceptional written communication skills, capable of distilling complex concepts into concise, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
