Position Overview – Remote Food Service Team Leader

arenaflex is seeking a dynamic, results‑driven Remote Food Service Team Leader to join our Customer Support division. This full‑time, remote role is the cornerstone of our Food & Drink operations, responsible for overseeing inventory accuracy, sanitation standards, merchandising, and the overall guest experience across multiple store locations. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Operations Management: Develop, schedule, and execute daily and weekly operational plans that align with store and corporate goals, including inventory replenishment, pricing adjustments, and promotional initiatives.
• Guest Experience Leadership: Model and coach a guest‑first culture, ensuring associates deliver accurate product information, friendly service, and a clean, inviting environment during every shift.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Hospitality, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 18 years of age and legal authorization to work in the United States.
