Position Overview – Remote Food Service Team Leader

arenaflex is seeking a dynamic, results‑driven Remote Food Service Team Leader to join our Customer Support division. This full‑time, remote role is the cornerstone of our Food & Drink operations, responsible for overseeing inventory accuracy, sanitation standards, merchandising, and the overall guest experience across multiple store locations. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership abilities with a passion for food‑service excellence, ensuring that every guest interaction reflects arenaflex’s commitment to quality, freshness, and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Operations Management: Develop, schedule, and execute daily and weekly operational plans that align with store and corporate goals, including inventory replenishment, pricing adjustments, and promotional initiatives.
  • Guest Experience Leadership: Model and coach a guest‑first culture, ensuring associates deliver accurate product information, friendly service, and a clean, inviting environment during every shift.
  • Team Development & Coaching: Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor hourly team members, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes continuous learning, performance accountability, and career growth.
  • Inventory & Stock Control: Oversee back‑of‑house inventory, production areas, and display zones to maintain optimal stock levels, accurate counts, and compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

  • Merchandising & Visual Standards: Ensure product placement, signage, and promotional displays meet arenaflex brand guidelines and drive sales performance.
  • Data‑Driven Decision Making: Analyze sales reports, inventory metrics, and guest feedback to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and implement corrective action plans.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with regional managers, supply chain partners, and corporate support teams to align store initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Shift Flexibility: Work a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet peak guest traffic and operational demands.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Hospitality, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 18 years of age and legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Proven experience in a fast‑paced retail or food‑service environment, preferably in a supervisory or team‑lead capacity.
  • Strong understanding of food‑service operations, including inventory management, sanitation protocols, and merchandising best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and hold team members accountable for performance goals.
