What You'll Do as a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of our customer experience, serving as the primary point of contact for a high volume of inbound inquiries. Your role will be critical in building and maintaining strong customer relationships while efficiently resolving issues and providing exceptional service. Essential Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent educational background
- A minimum of 1 year of dedicated customer service experience
- Ability to commute to our Waterloo, IA facility from your Janesville residence
- Availability for onsite training sessions at our Waterloo location
Technical Requirements:
- Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs simultaneously
- Access to a secure, dedicated home workspace free from distractions
- Stable high-speed internet with verified speeds of 5+ Mbps upload, 15+ Mbps download, and ping under 80ms
- Personal computer capable of running required software (provided with equipment during training)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Familiarity with order processing and inventory management software

Compensation and Career Growth

- Starting at $15.80/hour with three automatic raises within your first 12 months, bringing your compensation to $17.00/hour

Work Environment and Flexibility

- Standard work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time (weekends off)
- 8-week onsite training academy at our Waterloo facility (827 Fisher Drive, Waterloo, IA 50701)
- Post-training hybrid model: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote (with flexibility to adjust weekly)
- Opportunity to bid for increased remote work flexibility (up to 5 days per week)
