Position Overview – Front End Pharmacy Technician (Data Entry & Customer Service)

As a Front End Pharmacy Technician within arenaflex’s long‑term care pharmacy division, you will be the first line of defense in the medication dispensing process. You’ll work closely with pharmacists, ensure the accuracy of prescription orders, and provide compassionate service to internal customers—primarily health‑care providers and facility staff.

  • Triaging and routing customer service requests by department, urgency, and required response.

Required Qualifications – What You Bring
