Position Overview – Senior Analyst, IT CRM – Sales Cloud & Marketing Automation

In the capacity of Senior Analyst – IT CRM – Sales Cloud & Marketing Automation, you will be the bridge between business strategy and technology execution. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into robust CRM solutions, drive system enhancements, and ensure seamless delivery of sales and marketing automation initiatives. This remote, full‑time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $26 and flexible 8‑hour workdays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Collaboration: Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements that align with arenaflex’s strategic objectives.
  • Solution Design: Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Automation platforms.
  • Project Management: Lead the end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, release coordination, and post‑implementation support.
  • Technical Configuration: Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and Lightning components to meet defined specifications.
  • Data Governance: Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance by implementing robust data‑management practices and overseeing data migration activities.
  • Cross‑Functional Coordination: Work closely with development, QA, security, and operations teams to guarantee seamless integration and alignment with enterprise architecture.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and best‑practice adoption across the CRM ecosystem.
  • Training & Enablement: Develop user guides, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing support to end‑users to maximize adoption and ROI.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate analytical reports, and present insights to leadership for data‑driven decision making.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent experience) in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience implementing and managing Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud in a private, public, government, or military environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather business requirements, create functional specifications, and deliver scalable CRM solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑centric mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
