Role Overview

This full‑time, work‑from‑home position is designed for a meticulous, detail‑oriented professional who excels at managing complex data requests, coordinating cross‑functional projects, and communicating insights with clarity. You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end lifecycle of analytics intake, from initial request triage through delivery of actionable reports, while ensuring projects stay on schedule, within scope, and aligned with strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Analytics Intake
  • Serve as the single point of contact for all analytics requests, capturing stakeholder needs and translating them into clear, actionable specifications.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal teams to gather project requirements, data sources, and success criteria for analytics initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough feasibility assessments, estimating resource requirements and aligning requests with arenaflex’s strategic objectives.
  • Prioritize and allocate analytics tasks based on resource availability, business impact, and organizational priorities.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and tracking of requests, progress, and outcomes using project management tools.
Project Coordination
  • Act as a liaison among cross‑functional teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure analytics initiatives remain on track.
  • Coordinate project‑related activities such as data collection, analysis, modeling, and reporting in partnership with analytics specialists.
  • Monitor milestones and deliverables, proactively identifying and mitigating risks or issues that may arise.
  • Provide daily status updates to stakeholders, highlighting key insights, findings, and recommendations.
Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across departments to understand their analytics needs and align priorities.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather requirements, communicate progress, and solicit feedback.
  • Address stakeholder inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly, ensuring high‑quality resolutions.
Project Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize the analytics intake and project coordination processes.

Essential Qualifications (Minimum Requirements)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field, plus at least 3 years of relevant experience in analytics, data management, or a similar role.
