Position Overview

The Remote Pharmacy Customer Service Associate role is a full‑time, data‑entry focused position that blends exceptional customer service with precise medication handling and administrative support. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Greet patients warmly via phone, chat, or video, providing courteous assistance, answering product questions, and guiding them through the purchasing process.
  • Data Entry & Accuracy: Enter patient and prescription information into arenaflex’s pharmacy management system with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all data is complete, correct, and compliant.
  • Transaction Processing: Register sales, process refunds, voids, discounts, and exchanges; handle cash‑less transactions and issue accurate change when required.
  • Medication Verification: Assist licensed pharmacists in verifying prescription details, counting and dispensing medication, and checking for potential drug interactions.
  • Inventory Management Support: Participate in remote inventory tasks such as receiving, stocking, and reconciling medication shipments; maintain accurate records of over‑stock, shortages, and damaged goods.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Follow arenaflex’s standard operating procedures and adhere to state and local regulations for controlled substances, alcohol, and tobacco products.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, escalating complex matters to the pharmacy supervisor or pharmacist as needed.

  • Continuous Learning: Maintain an active PTCB certification, complete required training modules, and stay current on pharmacy best practices, industry trends, and regulatory updates.

Essential Qualifications
