Position Overview – Senior Analyst, Worldwide Funding Programs (Remote)

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Analyst to join our Worldwide Funding group. In this role, you will own the end‑to‑end execution of arenaflex’s consumer financing initiatives, driving new customer acquisition, retention, and overall program performance. You will work closely with internal partners—including Finance, Risk, Customer Service, and Operations—as well as external financial institutions, to ensure seamless delivery of our funding products. This is a fully remote opportunity, with a primary focus on the Boston, USA region, but you will collaborate with teams across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Execution & Optimization: Lead the daily operations of arenaflex’s funding programs, overseeing installment processing, payment reconciliation, and issue resolution.
• Data‑Driven Impact: Analyze program performance metrics, identify trends, and surface actionable insights that drive strategic enhancements and revenue growth.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Risk, Customer Service, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align objectives, streamline workflows, and deliver a superior customer experience.
