Worldwide Salaried Open

About arenaflex – A Leader in Aviation Excellence

arenaflex is a world‑renowned airline that has set the benchmark for safety, innovation, and customer delight for decades. With a fleet that spans continents and a network that connects millions of passengers each year, arenaflex combines cutting‑edge technology with a deep‑rooted commitment to operational excellence. Our mission is to make travel seamless, reliable, and unforgettable, and we achieve that by empowering every employee to deliver the highest standards of accuracy, service, and integrity.

Why This Role Matters

Data is the lifeblood of any modern airline. From passenger manifests to maintenance logs, every piece of information must be captured, verified, and stored with razor‑sharp precision. As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the guardian of that data, ensuring that our operational teams have the reliable information they need to keep flights on time, maintain safety standards, and deliver an exceptional travel experience.

Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous, detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and possesses a passion for accuracy. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, validating, and maintaining a wide variety of data sets, ranging from passenger details and flight schedules to aircraft maintenance records. Your work will directly influence the efficiency of our daily operations and support arenaflex’s reputation as a global aviation leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high‑volume data entry tasks with a focus on passenger information, flight itineraries, crew assignments, and aircraft maintenance logs.
  • Verify and cross‑reference data against source documents to guarantee completeness and correctness.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols for all sensitive information, adhering to industry regulations and arenaflex’s internal policies.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, customer service, finance, and maintenance teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve data flow.
  • Generate routine and ad‑hoc reports, dashboards, and summaries that support decision‑making and performance analysis.
  • Continuously refine data entry standards, documentation procedures, and best practices to enhance overall data quality.
  • Participate in periodic audits and data integrity checks, providing corrective actions where necessary.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members by sharing knowledge of data entry tools, processes, and quality expectations.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in data management, information systems, or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a data entry, data processing, or administrative role, preferably within the aviation or transportation sector.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering error‑free work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite—especially Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation) and Word.
  • Experience using specialized data entry software or airline reservation systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, or similar) is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, enabling clear interaction with cross‑functional teams.
  • Commitment to upholding data confidentiality, security standards, and ethical handling of information.
  • Self‑motivated, capable of working independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with database management tools (e.g., SQL, Access) and basic data manipulation techniques.
  • Experience with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of aviation industry regulations (e.g., FAA, IATA) and data compliance requirements.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software applications and adapt to evolving processes.
  • Strong analytical mindset with an eye for patterns, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.

Core Competencies for Success

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to spot inconsistencies and correct them before they impact downstream operations.
  • Accuracy Under Pressure: Deliver precise data entry even during peak travel seasons and high‑volume periods.
  • Problem‑Solving: Proactively identify data gaps and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks effectively to meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.
  • Team Collaboration: Build strong working relationships across departments to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current with industry best practices, software updates, and regulatory changes.
