With a heritage of operational excellence stretching back nearly a century, arenaflex has continually evolved to meet the changing demands of the airline industry, embracing innovation, safety, and customer-centric service as its core pillars. As a leader in commercial aviation, arenaflex is committed to leveraging technology, data, and human talent to maintain its reputation for reliability and outstanding service quality.

The aviation industry generates massive volumes of data every single day — from flight schedules and crew assignments to passenger manifests, cargo manifests, loyalty program records, and operational performance metrics. Behind every seamless journey, there is an intricate web of information that must be captured, validated, organized, and made accessible to the teams who rely on it. This is where you come in. arenaflex is currently seeking a dedicated and meticulous Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team of professionals who keep the wheels of aviation turning, quite literally, from behind the screen.

This is more than just a typing job. It is an opportunity to become a vital part of an organization that values precision, accountability, and continuous improvement. If you take pride in accuracy, enjoy working with data, and want to contribute to a company that moves the world, we want to hear from you.

Position Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for entering, updating, maintaining, and auditing a wide range of operational and customer-related data within our internal systems. Your work will directly support flight operations, customer service teams, revenue management, and compliance functions. You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure that the data flowing through arenaflex's digital ecosystem is accurate, timely, and easily accessible to those who need it.

This is a fully remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while still being an integrated member of our dynamic and supportive team. Whether you are an experienced data entry professional or someone looking to build a long-term career in the aviation industry, this role offers a unique entry point with tremendous potential for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain passenger information, flight schedules, crew assignments, and operational data within arenaflex's enterprise systems and databases.
  • Perform regular data quality checks, validation routines, and audits to identify inconsistencies, errors, or outdated information, and take corrective action promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — including Customer Experience, Flight Operations, Revenue Management, and Loyalty Programs — to ensure that data flows seamlessly and remains synchronized across platforms.
  • Generate routine and ad-hoc reports, summaries, and data extracts as requested by internal stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate formatting.
  • Assist senior analysts and managers with basic data analysis tasks, including identifying trends, flagging anomalies, and supporting problem-solving efforts when discrepancies arise.
  • Maintain organized digital records and documentation to support audit trails, regulatory compliance, and internal reporting requirements.
  • Respond to data-related inquiries from internal teams in a professional and timely manner, providing clarification and support as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline data entry processes, reduce manual effort, and improve overall data quality through feedback and innovation.
  • Adhere strictly to data privacy, security, and confidentiality policies, particularly when handling sensitive passenger and operational information.
  • Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and professional development activities to stay current on systems, processes, and industry best practices.

Essential Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required. An associate degree or coursework in business administration, information management, aviation, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role, with a demonstrated track record of accuracy and reliability.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors, inconsistencies, and patterns in large volumes of data.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines in a remote work environment.
  • Proficiency in using computers, data entry software, spreadsheets (such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets), and common office productivity tools.
  • Comfort with learning and adapting to new software systems, databases, and digital platforms.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free home workspace suitable for handling confidential company data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote team members.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a strong team player.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in the airline, travel, hospitality, or transportation industry is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with aviation terminology, flight scheduling systems, passenger reservation systems, or industry-standard platforms such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Navitaire is a strong plus.
  • Experience with database management, CRM systems, or enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools.
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, or other relevant compliance frameworks.
  • Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Previous remote work experience, demonstrating the ability to thrive in a virtual, distributed team environment.

  • Reliability: Consistent attendance, punctuality, and follow-through on tasks and commitments.
  • Confidentiality: A deep respect for the sensitive nature of the data you will handle, and strict adherence to privacy protocols.
