Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Associate at arenaflex, your day-to-day contributions will be essential to maintaining the quality and accuracy of our clients' provider contract databases. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Data Scrubbing and Validation: Reviewing, cleaning, and validating provider contract records to ensure all information is accurate, complete, and compliant with client standards.
  • Research and Verification: Conducting thorough research to verify healthcare provider information, confirm contract accuracy, and load data into the appropriate databases.
  • Data Entry and System Updates: Accurately entering and updating contract records within customer systems, files, and web-based platforms.
  • Information Retrieval: Pulling data from multiple computer systems, web portals, and internal documents to support ongoing contract management activities.
  • Analysis and Discrepancy Identification: Analyzing collected information to identify potential problems, inconsistencies, or errors, and taking appropriate corrective action.
  • SLA Compliance: Ensuring accurate and timely completion of all transactions to meet or exceed client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Healthcare Domain Application: Applying healthcare and insurance industry knowledge, as well as theoretical concepts, to support problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Issue Resolution and Escalation: Identifying and resolving both routine and non-routine issues, escalating complex matters to more experienced team members when necessary.
  • Email and Inquiry Management: Monitoring a dedicated email inbox and responding promptly and professionally to internal and client inquiries.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role at arenaflex, candidates must meet the following baseline requirements:

  • Quality-Focused Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a role that required strong attention to detail, a high degree of accuracy, and personal accountability for work product.
  • Professional Office Environment Experience: At least one (1) year of experience working in a professional or office-related setting, such as office support, data entry, clerical work, or customer service, with regularly scheduled shifts.
  • Computer Proficiency: A minimum of one (1) year of experience using Windows-based applications, including the ability to navigate multiple screens, use a keyboard efficiently, and learn new software tools quickly.
  • Educational Requirement: A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Training Commitment: All new hires at arenaflex must successfully complete our structured training course and demonstrate proficiency in the material before working independently.

Schedule and Work Environment

This is a fully remote, work-from-home position. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Please note that the shift schedule may be adjusted based on client requirements, and flexibility is appreciated.

Compensation and Benefits
