  • Physical Engagement: Demonstrate hands‑on involvement by lifting up to 49 lb, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching as needed; remain on your feet for up to 12 hours per shift.
  • Environmental Adaptability: Work in varied noise levels, temperature ranges, and weather conditions, including outdoor loading docks and stair‑heavy facilities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, propose process enhancements, and champion innovative solutions that drive efficiency and cost savings.
  • Customer Advocacy: Keep the customer promise front‑and‑center, ensuring every order is delivered accurately, on time, and with the quality our brand is known for.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage safety, quality, and productivity metrics simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey expectations clearly and motivate diverse teams.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, workforce management tools) and comfort navigating digital dashboards.
  • Flexibility to work varied shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as operational demands dictate.
  • Physical capability to meet the lifting and stamina requirements outlined above.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a logistics, e‑commerce, or fulfillment setting, especially within a multi‑site network.
