Position Overview: Healthcare Data Analyst

As a Healthcare Data Analyst on our Investigation and Behavioral Change team, you'll be instrumental in transforming complex healthcare data into actionable insights that drive operational efficiency, enhance automation, and improve provider experiences. Your role will focus on Cost and Operations Analysis, where you'll identify opportunities to streamline processes, implement automation solutions, and develop predictive models that optimize healthcare operations. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be responsible for a diverse range of data-related tasks that contribute to arenaflex's mission of improving healthcare through data-driven insights:

• Develop and implement statistical models, tools, and algorithms to enhance processes related to healthcare claims environments
• Identify and quantify opportunities for analysis to improve efficiency and increase automation in claims processing and resolution
• Create, validate, and execute algorithms and predictive models to investigate issues, identify patterns, and recommend solutions
• Analyze, examine, and interpret large volumes of data in various formats, transforming complex information into actionable insights
• Perform analyses of structured and unstructured data to solve moderately complex business problems
• Utilize advanced statistical techniques and mathematical analyses to uncover meaningful patterns in healthcare data
• Design and implement data pipelines to integrate, collect, and normalize data that generates insights and addresses reporting needs
• Apply data visualization techniques to effectively communicate analytical findings and support business decisions

Required Qualifications
