  • Resolving Inquiries and Issues: Address a wide range of account-related matters, including billing questions, transaction disputes, account updates, product information, and general inquiries, with accuracy and empathy.
  • Meeting Performance Metrics: Strive to consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, response time, first-call resolution, and quality assurance.
