Your Day-to-Day Impact as a Customer Experience Professional

As a Customer Experience Professional at arenaflex, no two days are exactly alike. You will serve as the first point of contact for our small business clients and cardmembers, delivering service that consistently exceeds expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with Inbound Callers: Handling a steady stream of incoming calls from small business owners, entrepreneurs, and corporate leaders, actively listening to their needs, and providing thoughtful, consultative responses that address their specific situations.
  • Understanding Client Objectives: Taking the time to learn about each caller's unique business challenges, lifestyle aspirations, and financial goals in order to recommend the most appropriate arenaflex small business products and services.
  • Delivering Product Expertise: Communicating high levels of product and service knowledge to clearly articulate the features, benefits, and differentiators of arenaflex Small Business Services offerings.
  • Consultative Selling: Continuously developing and refining key selling skills, including building rapport, uncovering client needs, handling objections, and successfully closing sales opportunities when appropriate.
