Worldwide Salaried Open

About arenaflex

arenaflex is a fast‑growing, technology‑driven organization that empowers businesses worldwide with innovative solutions and exceptional customer experiences. Our mission is to blend cutting‑edge technology with a people‑first philosophy, creating an environment where talent thrives, ideas flourish, and every employee feels valued. As a remote‑first company, we champion flexibility, collaboration, and continuous learning, ensuring that our global workforce can deliver their best work from any location.

Why This Role Matters

At arenaflex, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a pivotal bridge between people strategy and business execution. You will partner directly with the Customer Success and Corporate leadership teams, influencing talent decisions that drive performance, engagement, and growth for more than 300 employees. This is not a back‑office HR role; it is a front‑line, high‑impact position where your insights, coaching, and strategic thinking will shape the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Partnership: Work hand‑in‑hand with the Director of People Operations and senior leaders to design, implement, and continuously improve HR processes—including performance management, compensation planning, and career pathing—for the Customer Success and Corporate functions.
  • Data‑Driven Decision Making: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR metrics (turnover, engagement scores, talent acquisition trends, etc.) to surface actionable insights and recommend evidence‑based solutions.
  • Coaching & Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on employee relations, performance improvement plans, and talent development initiatives.
  • Employee Experience Enhancement: Design and launch programs that boost employee engagement, recognition, and development, ensuring a vibrant and supportive workplace culture.
  • Organizational Design & Change Management: Partner with leadership on restructuring, role redesign, and change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Compliance & Audit Support: Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of labor regulations, ensure policy adherence, and respond promptly to internal or external audit requests.
  • Investigation & Resolution: Conduct thorough, impartial investigations into employee concerns, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
  • Benefits & Policy Guidance: Act as the go‑to resource for employees on benefits, policies, and procedural questions, delivering clear and empathetic communication.
  • Talent Development: Identify skill gaps, recommend learning pathways, and collaborate with the Learning & Development team to create targeted training programs.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Legal, and IT to align HR initiatives with broader business objectives and ensure seamless execution.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of hands‑on experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, preferably within a high‑growth, technology‑focused organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and influence senior leaders, translating strategic goals into practical HR solutions.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven experience using HR data to diagnose issues, track trends, and drive improvements.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to convey confidence, empathy, and credibility across all organizational levels.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and thriving in a fast‑paced, remote work environment.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or similar) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of employment law, compliance standards, and best practices in talent management.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP, or SHRM‑SI) or ongoing pursuit of certification.
  • Experience supporting Customer Success or Sales‑oriented teams, where rapid scaling and dynamic performance metrics are common.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) to craft compelling HR dashboards.
  • Track record of designing and executing employee engagement surveys, pulse checks, and action‑plan rollouts.
  • Ability to lead virtual workshops, training sessions, and town‑hall meetings with confidence.
  • Demonstrated project‑management skills, including the use of tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.

Core Competencies for Success

  • Strategic Thinking: Align HR initiatives with business objectives, anticipating future talent needs.
  • Problem Solving: Diagnose root causes of performance or engagement challenges and develop sustainable solutions.
  • Influence & Negotiation: Build consensus among diverse stakeholders and drive change without direct authority.
  • Empathy & Trust Building: Foster a safe environment where employees feel heard and supported.
  • Time Management & Prioritization: Juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high quality in a remote setting.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current on HR trends, technology, and best practices, sharing knowledge with the broader team.

Career Growth & Learning Opportunities

arenaflex invests heavily in the professional development of its people. As an HRBP, you will have access to:

  • Mentorship from senior HR leaders and cross‑functional executives.
  • Annual learning stipend for courses, certifications, or conferences of your choice.
  • Opportunities to lead high‑visibility projects that influence company‑wide policies.
  • Clear promotion pathways toward Senior HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or Director of People Operations.
