Role Overview

arenaflex is seeking a seasoned Learning & Development (L&D) Program Manager to join our LatAm CS Learning & Development team in Alphaville. This position will own the end‑to‑end program management of outsourced call‑center training initiatives, partner closely with regional stakeholders, and drive measurable performance improvements across the CS organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Management: Define, document, and maintain the scope of all local L&D projects. Create, track, and update detailed project plans, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Partner Collaboration: Build trusted relationships with outsourced call‑center partners, serving as the primary point of contact for all training roll‑outs and launches.
  • Cross‑Functional Alignment: Work hand‑in‑hand with the broader CS L&D team, regional business partners, and senior leadership to align learning initiatives with strategic priorities.
  • Learning Content Development: Conduct gap analyses, gather stakeholder input, and design curriculum that addresses both technical and behavioral skill gaps. Produce facilitator guides, learner materials, presentations, job aids, and assessments.
  • Facilitation & Delivery: Deliver training in both classroom and virtual settings, pilot new curricula, and run train‑the‑trainer programs for call‑center supervisors.
  • Vendor Management: Partner with external training vendors to ensure consistent quality, data reporting, and compliance with arenaflex standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Advocate for the L&D function within the CS organization, translating business needs into learning solutions and communicating impact metrics to senior leaders.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs, collect data, and produce analytics that demonstrate the ROI of learning initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience designing and delivering learning solutions for call‑center agents, senior sales teams, or emerging leaders.
  • Proven ability to create curriculum ranging from short micro‑learning modules to multi‑week classroom programs.
  • Hands‑on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms.
  • Strong facilitation skills with a track record of engaging diverse audiences.
  • Project management expertise, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Self‑starter with a high degree of independence and excellent time‑management capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s a plus).
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience working in a multicultural, global environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Nice‑to‑Haves

  • Background in content or knowledge management.
  • Experience designing learning pathways for retail or service‑focused managers.
  • Familiarity with innovative facilitation tools (e.g., AR/VR, interactive simulations).
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Instructional Design (ATD).

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable learning strategies.
  • Communication: Clear, concise, and persuasive written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Collaboration: Strong teamwork orientation, capable of influencing cross‑functional partners without direct authority.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable thriving in an ambiguous, fast‑changing environment while maintaining focus on outcomes.
  • Creativity: Innovative approach to curriculum design, leveraging modern instructional methodologies.
