Role Overview

As a Remote Part‑Time Customer Experience Associate, you will be the front‑line ambassador of arenaflex, delivering the “Cinderella Experience” that defines the brand. You will provide empathetic, detail‑oriented solutions across live chat, phone, and email channels, ensuring every interaction leaves customers delighted and eager to return.

This position is part‑time (approximately 20 hours per week) with flexible scheduling to match seasonal demand. You will undergo a comprehensive four‑week virtual training program before joining the live support team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Interact with customers via chat, phone, and email, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly assistance.
  • Brand Advocacy: Serve as a proud ambassador of arenaflex, championing core values that democratize fashion for all.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up‑to‑date expertise on arenaflex’s product catalog, including fit, style, and inventory nuances.
  • Style Consultation: Help customers discover outfits that match their personal style and event requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive hourly wage that varies by location:

  • $16 /hr for residents of Massachusetts, Colorado, Oregon, Texas, Illinois, Arizona, Virginia, and Florida.
  • $14.50 /hr for residents of Tennessee and Kansas.
